“Green Rock” Sauvignon Blanc is a single-varietal semi-dry wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Marlborough region and hand-picked in the most productive year. This flagship grape variety of New Zealand has its origins in the French Bordeaux. In the 70s of the 20th century, it began to be actively cultivated in the vineyards of Hawke’s Bay. And very soon the variety demonstrated high potential.
To preserve the pure and fresh taste, Sauvignon Blanc is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. The aromatic semi-dry wine with the taste of tropical fruits and fresh herbs is bottled without filtration. The sediment that appears at the bottom of the bottle over time indicates its naturalness.
Domaine Boyar aims to develop wine culture by creating high-quality alcoholic beverages from the best grapes. To achieve this goal, the company cooperates with the best winemakers, uses precise laboratory research, and also tries to equip its wine cellars with the most modern equipment.
Established in the early 90s of the 20th century, today Domaine Boyar is the largest supplier of Bulgarian wines to Europe, North America, Africa and Asia, as well as one of the largest importers of prestigious wine brands on the world market.
The carefully selected grape harvest comes from the domain’s vineyards, which have undergone controlled selection, and all important winemaking processes are carried out here by hand. Thus, combining traditional and modern methods, the winemakers of Domaine Boyar create a rich assortment of their original wines.
