“Turmhof” Sauvignon, 2014 is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested by hand in two different height and composition of the soil areas. Each terroir contributes to the final blend wines. Sauvignon with chalky soils of glacial Kurtatsch provides wine structure and minerality, while as Sauvignon, grown on sandy loam soils Vlser Aicha develops in the bouquet classic flower and vegetable colors. After fermentation of the wine (30%) is aged in large oak casks on fine lees for six months, giving the wine a certain complexity and depth. The rest of matures in different containers (made of steel, wood and cement), affecting the roundness and balance beverage.

Today the owners of the estate are Tifenbrunner Herbert and his son Christophe, who are considered experts in the world of noble drinks. Each year, the economy produced 750,000 bottles, 70% of which is accounted for white wine.
