Wine Testamatta di Bibi Graetz, “Soffocone di Vincigliata”, Toscana IGT, 2019

An intriguing wine “Soffokone di Vinchilyata” is created from the berries of three indigenous Italian grapes harvested in the territory of a single vineyard, located on clay and marl soils near the town Vinchilyata in Fiesole, near Florence.
