Harvest to create dry white wine “Urbezo” Chardonnay 2013, grown on deep clay-rocky soil was collected on the night of 19 to 20 of September. Processes cold maceration for 8-10 hours, static decantation of the must and fermentation at a constant low temperature of 14-17 C given the opportunity to save a beautiful aroma and fresh acidity of the grapes. Bottling took place in November 2013.
