“Gaga” – a very pleasant, aromatic, skillfully created wine from Garganega grapes grown in the hills of Berichi and then harvested manually from 40-year-old vines. The must obtained after soft pressing of whole grapes is fermented in steel tanks with natural yeast at a temperature of 18-20 C. Then the wine is aged for about 120 days, during ripening a regular loaf is made. After a little filtration, the wine is bottled.
