Wine Roccafiore, “Fiordaliso” Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC, 2022

“Fiordaliso”, in 2015 – a nice, young, well-balanced wine. Harvest of grapes for making wine was hand-built at the beginning of September, the ideal degree of maturity, when it is easier to squeeze all the juice from the berries. After pressing, the must is decanted and fermented in stainless steel vats at a strictly controlled temperature. In those tanks wine matures for 6 months, then bottled and remains in storage for a month. “Fordalizo” is not intended for long-term storage, it is used exclusively in the young age.
