Wine “Remole” Bianco, Toscana IGT, 2023

Refreshing wine “Remole” Bianco gets its light not only on the nature of the grown in areas with excellent exposure and sandy loam soils grape varieties Trebbiano and Vermentino, but thanks to a special method of vinification, which excludes the use of oak barrels in the fermentation as well as during aging. The grapes are harvested by hand, alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks, malolactic fermentation is not carried out. Lees aging in neutral tanks lasts for 4 months. Wine storage potential is 3-5 years.
