“Upper Galilee” – a new line of wines Recanati, which received its name from one of the wine regions of Israel, featuring a unique cool climate terroir. A series of “Upper Galilee” is classic monosortovye wines from the best grapes.
Energetic, full of life rose wine “Upper Galilee” Rose made from grapes grown at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level in the area “Manara” in the Upper Galilee. Berries collected in the early autumn, by hand, in the early morning hours. The winery carefully selected grapes sent in small containers – so manage to keep intact and fresh fruit. After the initial pressing wort is cooled, the precipitate is subjected to maceration for 48 hours and pressed again. Fermentation of wine is slow at low controlled temperature – thus achieving the maximum saturation of the bouquet and formed expressive acidity. For aging wine oak barrels used.
