Wine “Pomino” Rosso DOC, Castello di Pomino, 2021

The grapes for red wine “Pomino” in 2010 harvested by hand in late September-early October. Maceration and fermentation takes place in barrels of Slavonian oak at a temperature not exceeding 30 C. Maceration lasted 22 days, fermentation – 13 days. After malolactic fermentation the wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barriques and 4 months in bottle. Wine storage capacity of up to 7 years.
