“Vigneti del Sole” Bardolino DOC – semi-dry red wine made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes grown in Bardolino. Corvina is responsible for the structure and richness of the wine, and also adds seductive shades of cherry to the flavor palette. Rondinella gives the wine a characteristic and attractive fresh herbal aroma. Molinara, in turn, enriches the wine with tannins and fresh acidity. The wines of Bardolino have been subject to numerous comparisons over the years with the famous Beaujolais wines. After harvesting, which is carried out at the moment of optimal ripeness of the berries, the grapes undergo traditional vinification at a controlled temperature in steel vats, so that the finished wine shows the best varietal characteristics of the grapes.
