Pasqua, “Passimento”, Veneto IGT – a very nice Italian wine that is suitable for any feast. It has a wonderfully soft, balanced taste and deep flavor. The wine is made from a blend of varieties Merlot, Corvina and Kroatina. The collected berries are dried in ventilated rooms in small wooden boxes. Dry air conditioning, constant humidity control allows the grapes lose up to 30% moisture, thus increasing the level of glucose. Fermentation is carried out in a separate stainless steel vats for 30 days. Wine matures for 3 months.
