Wine Paniza, Garnacha-Tempranillo, Carinena DOP

Paniza, Garnacha-Tempranillo, Carinena DOP is an elegant dry red wine created from a blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes grown at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level. The hand-picked grapes are separated from the ridges and seeds, crushed and placed in stainless steel tanks, where the must is fermented for 6 days at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is clarified, filtered and bottled. Wine Panisa, Garnacha-Tempranillo is recommended to be consumed as an aperitif, as well as in combination with red meat, Mediterranean cuisine, sausages and cheeses.
