“Falcata” White – delicious dry white wine, smooth and fruity, refreshing and elegant. Made from grapes of the Gewurztraminer and Moscatel grapes grown in Valencia, the wine turned out to be extremely bright, rich and aromatic, but unobtrusive. Vines are cultivated on sandy clay soil. In making wine, human exposure is minimized.
Wine “Falcata” got its name from the old Iberian sword, owned by one owner and not subject to exchange. This sword was exactly the length of a warriors arm and had to be burned with the body of its owner after his death. The name “Falcata” also refers to an ancient place near the Pago Casa Gran winery.
