Wine Pacher Hof, “Private Cuvee” Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT, 2018

Castelfeder “15” Pinot Grigio – dry white wine made from berries collected in low-lying valleys around the town of salorno, Cortina and Magrez. Alluvial soils with a high content of clay and chalk provide the wines of the area other than fruit and mineral bouquet of vkusoaromatike. The vines are grown in two ways – Pergola and Guyot. Their age varied from 3 to 5 years.

After a soft pressure and separation of sludge future of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a relatively cool temperature of 18-21 C. This gives an opportunity to show all the facets of cell characteristics. Wine “15” Pinot Grigio has a diamond-sparkling light color with greenish reflections, intense aroma with the dominance of apples and pears, and superbly balanced, strong and structured taste. It served to light dishes, fish, poultry and roasted mushrooms.
