Neleman, Viognier-Verdil, Valencia DO – organic dry white wine from Valencia, created from hand-picked Viognier grapes and a rare local Verdil variety, which almost disappeared from Valencia’s vineyards in the 1990s, but gradually revived by the efforts of winemakers. Verdil does not cope well with high temperatures and humidity, so Neleman vineyards, located at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level, are ideal in terms of climatic conditions and unleashing the potential of this grape variety.
