Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva “Il Campitello” – dry red wine grape varieties Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino collected at the oldest vineyard “Il Campitello” a 42-year-old vines. Vinification wort is based on spontaneous natural fermentation in cement tanks. Here goes fermentation maceration wort on the lees and malolactic fermentation. For wine aging for 26 months using large French oak barrels. Before bottling the wine is placed on 3 months in cement tubs where is bottled unfiltered and unrefined.
