Wine Monte Zovo, “Crocevento”, Garda DOC

Monte Zovo, Amarone della Valpolicella – a classic, ageless wine that meets the needs of experts at all levels. It is proud of its origins, and expresses the terroir of Valpolicella in every drop and every nuance. Wine is produced by the method of ancient “appassimento” of slightly dried (zaizyumlennogo) grapes. Harvested in September and dried in a well ventilated room. In late January, berries, which lose 35% weight, but have an increased concentration of sugar fermented for about 30 days at a low temperature. After fermentation, the wine is aged 24 months in oak barrels and 6 months in bottles.
