“Camporenzo” Valpolicella Classico Superiore – juicy, rich, delicate natural red wine, born on the hill of San Pietro in Cariano. It is harvested from the Camporenzo vineyard specially designed for the production of this wine, cultivated using organic methods and principles of biodynamics. Harvested in late September and early October. Spontaneous fermentation using natural yeast lasts 7-8 days. Aging in small barrels of 25 hl takes 9 months, after bottling “Camporenzo” matures for some time in bottles.
