Wine Moletto, Pinot Bianco, Veneto Orientale IGT

Do not miss the magnificent, complex, shining like the sun, white wine Moletto, Pinot Bianco , made from the favorite variety of the oenologist Giovanni Stival. Pinot Bianco vines are cultivated in Belfiore di Pramaggiorena at an altitude of 7 meters above sea level in vineyards with a particularly hard and dense composition of clay and limestone. The plots have east and west exposure. The average age of the vines is 30 years. The harvested crop is highly cooled and fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18 C. The wine is then poured into other steel containers and aged for 6 months before bottling. Pinot Bianco goes well with low-fat appetizers, hot dishes with vegetables and fish, and gourmet dishes.
