Wine “Osar” is made from a rare enough, besides a very ancient grape varieties Oseleta (Oseleta), revived again and re-planted in the vineyard management. Because of the low yield, it is used very rarely, but the extraordinary concentration, color, tannins allow the creation of a wine in a modern style, with an unusual structure and the amazing complexity – there is simply no analogues. After fermentation, the wine is aged for two years in new French oak barrels from Allier, a field which has for six months – in bottles in the cellar of the winery. Excellent storage capacity will allow the blame for about 20 years to reveal new facets of his taste.
Masi family winery located in the region of Veneto Valpolicella in the east, is a dynamic and innovative company. The name of the winery takes its name from the first vineyard “Vaio dei Masi” – “Little Valley Ointments” acquired Boskaini family in 1772. The total area of vineyards Masi is 160 ha 17 vineyards located in the classic Valpolicella zone and 8 vineyards in Bardolino and Soave.
