Wine Manincor, “Tannenberg” Sauvignon Blanc, Terlano Alto Adige DOC, 2019

Dry white wine “Tannenberg “ made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested at one of the best sites in the “Liebeneich” winery in Terlano. Vines grow at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level on light, dry soils of volcanic origin, rushing deep into the layer of sand and clay, which gives the wine sharp mineral notes and a bright personality. After pressing and 12-hour maceration, the wort is subjected to spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels with the addition of natural yeast. Subsequent semi-annual aging on fine draft is also carried out in oak barrels.
