“Guido Manara” – a complex, harmonious, aromatic dry red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Croatina grapes. The grapes are grown in a south-facing vineyard located 250 meters above sea level in the heart of the Valpolicella Classico region. This wine was dedicated to the father of the three brothers who currently run the Manara winery. Harvested and carefully selected by hand for a drying process that lasts an average of 45 days. The fruits are then gently crushed and subjected to maceration on the skins and slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 20-25 days. After that, the wine is aged first in French barriques for 24 to 30 months, and then in bottles for 6 to 12 months. It is recommended to let the wine breathe for an hour before drinking.
