“San Biagio”, in 2010 – a classic dry red wine with a powerful, soft and refreshing taste and fruity aroma. Wine is made from grapes Sangiovese Grosso, grown in the vineyards of Tuscany at an altitude of 300-350 meters above sea level with a wonderful climate and porous soil tufyanymi. Wine is produced by the classical method. Harvested by hand in small plastic boxes. Fermentation for 20 days passes at a controlled temperature 28-30 C. Then the wine is aged in steel tanks 8-10 months.
Winery Lisini located in Tuscany, in the famous wine region of Montalcino, near the beautiful medieval town of Sant’Angelo in Colle. Lysine traces its history from the XVI century, when the owners of the old castle and the surrounding land has become a family Clementi-lysine. This ancient noble family – one of the most famous in his region, his representatives over the centuries and manifested themselves as brave warriors, and as famous scientists, and as outstanding winemakers.
Family estate in Montalcino lysine occupies 154 hectares, of which 20 hectares given over to vineyards and the remaining area is covered with beautiful, thick, ancient forests and rich olive groves. All of these conditions contribute to the production of grapes magnificent and stunning wines. Since 1954, the permanent manager and director of the economy is Elina lysine. In 1962, an energetic and enterprising Elina lysine organized by the Association of producers of Brunello di Montalcino, whose president, it remains to this day, advancing and promoting this great Italian wine in the world. In January 2008, Signora Elina turned 91, but all the processes of the wine farms are under the watchful eye of her personal control. Since 1983, the position of chief enologist of the winery takes the famous Franco Bernabei, in no small part due to the efforts which the lysine sector is considered one of the best manufacturers of model, classic Brunello di Montalcino.
