Wine Le Ragnaie, Bianco, Toscana IGT, 2020

Le Ragnaie, Bianco, Toscana IGT is an organic wine created from Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, which is grown in one of the highest vineyards in Montalcino, at an altitude of more than 600 meters above sea level. Harvested when the berries reach optimum ripeness. At the winery, the grapes are carefully sorted on a sorting table, only the best bunches are selected. The wort is fermented and macerated in concrete vats with regular manual pumping of the wort for 10 days, which provides the future wine with a beautiful golden-orange color. Then the juice is separated from the mash by soft pressing and placed in a new 500-liter French oak barrel, in which the wine is aged for 9 months. The wine is bottled without filtration and pasting, with a minimum addition of sulfur.
