Wine Klein Constantia, Riesling, 2021

Klein Constantia, Riesling, 2012 – a dry white wine made from Riesling grapes. The vineyards are located on the slopes with southern exposure. The proximity of the ocean affects the low temperature at night, frequent fogs and moderate daytime temperature. Thus, at the time of ripening vinogad strikes noble fungus. The grapes are harvested by hand. One part of the wine is fermented in large 500-liter barrels, and another part – in stainless steel tanks. The drink is kept on the lees for 6 months. Moreover, wine regularly stirred.
