Dry red wine “Ibero de Paniza” White, Carinena DOP is created from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes. The hand-picked grapes are separated from the ridges, crushed and macerated for 15 days. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is blended and poured into American oak barrels, where the wine is aged for 6 months. “Ibero de Panisa” White goes well with game, lamb, grilled vegetables, pasta and cheeses.
