“Il Selese” – white wine from grapes Garganega and Chardonnay grown in vineyards in the region Soave. Age of vines on average 30 years. Soils – basalt. Crop harvested in September. Berries are exempt from exposed ridges and soft-pressed. Must fermented and aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Bottling wine occurs at the end of winter.
