Wine “Hornero” Tannat Rose, 2020

The delightfully fresh and vibrant wine “Bodegones del Sur” Tannat appeared thanks to Pasquale Harriaga, who made a lot of efforts and his active cultivation in Uruguay. For Tannat it is very important to achieve full maturity by the time of harvest, which can be achieved in favorable conditions of Juanico vineyards combined with care and attention to the vine. Its manual collection is carried out along with careful sorting of berries. Short preliminary maceration for 3 days is replaced by 10-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 22-26 C. The potential of wine is 4-6 years.
