Pinot Grigio is the most common white variety in South Tyrol. Hans Rottensteiner vineyards are located in Bronzolo and Frangarti, two villages south of Bolzano, in a valley and on a small hill at an altitude of about 250-300 meters. From their harvest, well-structured wine Hans Rottensteiner, Pinot Grigio, Alto Adige DOC is born, and extreme caution in the process of vinification allows transferring all shades from fresh grapes to wine. After fermentation at a temperature of 19 C it is kept in steel tanks.
