The Glass Collection is inspired by the beloved glass art collection of May de Lenquesen, a French winemaker who has been the owner and managing director of the iconic Chteau Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande winery for over 30 years. Glass Collection wines demonstrate the unique terroir and diversity of grape varieties planted on the Glenelli estate.
Glenelly, “Glass Collection” Chardonnay is a dry white wine that exhibits seductive fruity notes in taste and aroma. The wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in Simonsberg. Spontaneous fermentation of the must with natural yeast at low temperatures and aging of the wine on the lees takes place exclusively in stainless steel vats. The storage potential of wine is 4-6 years.
