“Fass Nr. 9” is a red dry wine with an elegant, spicy taste and a piquant aftertaste. The wine is made from selected grapes of the Schiava variety, which grows on the slopes of Cornayano and Colterenzio at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level. The average age of the vines is 30 years. The berries are carefully collected by hand. After careful pressing, the wort passes fermentation and apple-milk fermentation. The aging of wine in large oak barrels lasts 5 months.
Wine “Fass number 9” is harmoniously combined with meat dishes, it is suitable for vegetable salads and various cheeses.
