Wine Frescobaldi, “Castiglioni” Chianti DOCG, 2023

“Castiglioni” Marchesi de Frescobaldi of falls into the category of wines “super-premium” class. Vintage wine is going to create manually. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel vats for 11 days at 25 C. After maceration and malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks and one month in bottles.
