“Domini del Leone” Valpolicella DOC – organic dry red wine, which is a classic blend of Valpolicella: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. Due to its advantageous geographical location to the east of Lake Garda and favorable geoclimatic conditions, each variety reveals its potential to the maximum. The vines grow on limestone and marl-rich soil, at an altitude of 220-300 meters above sea level. The grapes are hand-picked and de-stemmed. Fermentation takes place in large steel tanks under strict temperature control with two daily must pumps. The wine is aged for 12 months in steel tanks, which preserves its freshness and lively character.
