Petit Chablis, produced from 2013 crop with its own vineyard domain Seguin-Bordeaux. It is located to the north of Chablis to Maligny, it covers an area of 14 hectares and is planted with old vines, aged between 45 and 60 years. Vinification takes place in accordance with the internal rules of the winery: at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks (as opposed to the typical Burgundian wines which are fermented in oak barrels). After 6 months on the lees, Petit Chablis demonstrates freshness, cleanliness and a clear structure.
