Wine Domaine Pascal Prunier-Bonheur, Monthelie AOC, 2021

Wine Domaine Chantal Lescure, Pommard Premier Cru “Les Bertins” AOC attracts with its maturity, purity and depth, combined with the grace and complexity that distinguishes the magnificent red wines of Burgundy. It is made from the harvest of a small, only 1 hectare plot of “Les Bertins” old vineyards, broken down on clay-limestone soil. Carefully hand-picked grapes are carefully sorted, the ridges are separated and crushed. After maceration on the skins, long-term fermentation on wild yeast begins. The wine matures on the lees in French oak barrels (of which 30-50% are new) for 18 months. Wine is not filtered.
