Wine Domaine Arlaud, Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru “Les Noirots” AOC, 2019

Vineyards varieties Inzolia divided into the hilly slopes Alcamo at 300 meters above sea level. The average age of the vines is 10 years, the exposure of vineyards – northern, planting density of 3400-3800 vines per hectare. Fully ripe grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September. After pressing follows soft fermentation in stainless steel tanks under strictly controlled temperature 16-18 C for 12-15 days. Prior to bottling the wine is aged in steel tanks.
