Do.te, “Attese” is a dry red wine made from Syrah grapes with rich fruity tones in taste and aroma. The harvest is done manually in September. Spontaneous fermentation of whole bunches takes place in wooden barrels, maceration in contact with the skins lasts 27 days. Aging is carried out for 16 months in concrete tanks and 24 months in bottles. Before bottling, “Attese” is not clarified or filtered.
