Soave, 2013 from the Italian manufacturer Corte Jara is a pleasant, fruity wine beverage with a well-balanced taste and fresh aroma. Created from a blend of grape varieties Garganega (80%) and Chardonnay (20%), the wine is very popular in Italy. Garganega grapes is a late-ripening varieties, which forms a rich, structured wine, with elegant notes of citrus and almonds. Chardonnay, in turn, is considered to be extremely versatile variety that is well suited for blending and adds the characteristic richness and wealth, as well as lighter shades of peach, pineapple and nuts. Grapes for creating Corte Jara, Soave is grown in a hilly area of the commune Mezzana di Sotto at an altitude of 150-250 meters above sea level. Vineyards have a south-eastern exposure and volcanic soil interspersed with limestone. The average age of the vines is 29 years. Harvested by hand in late September-early October. After gentle pressing and cold maceration for 18 hours at 10 C fermented wort 8-10 days in steel containers at 15 C. Part of the wort at the end of October the malolactic fermentation.
