Wine Conti Serristori, Chianti Classico DOCG, 2022

Elegant complex wine Chianti Classico 85% is made from Sangiovese Grosso grapes grown on special areas in the communes of Castellina and Radda, Province of Siena. The height of the hills here is 300-350 meters above sea level, is dominated by mixed types of soils, the vines are made to the system Guillot. The harvest usually takes place in the first decade of October, when the grapes have fully ripened. Vinification is carried out by conventional methods. It begins with a two-week maceration and frequent remontazha. Fermentation Harvest in neutral containers held at a controlled temperature of 25 C. Extract in French oak barrels for 12 months. Chianti and other great Tuscan wines are vinified and aged in the cellar of the main economy, while Vernaccia is produced in the estate of San Gimignano.
