Wine Cloof, “Duckitt” Pinotage, 2022

Dry red wine Cloof, Pinotage is created from the same grape varieties, which were planted more vines in 1976-1987. Grapes are grown in areas near the town of Darling, Western Cape is considered the center of the region. In the process of vinification of the must is soaked for 4 days, and then another 4 days maceration is carried on the skin and malolactic fermentation. The wine is placed in oak barriques (33% – new) for 15 months for aging.
