Wine Chamlija, “Felix Culpa” (“Mutlu Hata”) Red, 2019

Alex Gambal, Fixin – French dry white wine made from Chardonnay grapes, grown on clay-limestone soils. Harvesting in the vineyard “Fixin” always occurs later than the other. With aging the wine used oak barrels, 38% of which – new. Vineyard peach tree grows, so notes of peach are very common in the aroma of wine. It is recommended that additional exposure of wine for 3-4 years for full disclosure of the bouquet.
