Wine Cavit, “Bottega Vinai” Pinot Grigio, Trentino DOC, 2023

Bottega Vinai Pinot Grigio 2010 – subtle dry white wine from the Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige, created from Pinot Grigio. The grapes for this wine are grown in the vineyard, located in the hills of the Valle dei Laghi. Soil with good drainage in the area and sub-Mediterranean climate contribute to aging pervoskhodnogo ideal harvest. After harvesting, the berries are treated under mild pressure. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 20 C. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 4 months and then bottled.

Collection “Bottega Wine” was awarded numerous awards for its excellent quality wines and elegant design of the bottles.

The company “Cavit”, in existence since 1950 – a community, a corporate group established winemakers Trentino in order to increase control over the quality of wines produced and simplify the process. Today “Cavite”, lying on the north-east of Italy, takes care of almost 4500 small wineries, protecting their interests. “Cavit” produces more than half of all wine produced per year in the region of Trentino (65%). The total vineyard area of the company is 7000 ha.
