Wine Castello di Querceto, Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, 2020

Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG – dry red wine, representing the Tuscan region of Italy. Created from the traditional Chianti Sangiovese varieties with the addition of Canaiolo and Kolrino. The grapes are grown in vineyards whose age ranges from 20 to 40 years, and they are located at an altitude of 350-500 meters above sea level. In the process of vinification wine is fermented at a temperature of 28 C for 15 days. Exposure of wine is carried out in oak barrels and lasts 10 to 12 months, after which the wine is further matured in the bottle even 4 months before they go on sale. Potential storage Chianti Classico Riserva – 15-18 years.
