Red dry wine “Corbaia” is made from two varieties of grapes – Sanjovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, which grow in the Chianti Classico area at an altitude of about 350 meters above sea level. The density of planting vines is 3000 plants per hectare. At the end of September, the mature berries are carefully collected by hand, and then sent to the winery. Maceration of wine passes in steel vats at controlled temperature, and aging for two years – in oak barrels.
“Korbaia” wine has a rich ruby color, a wonderful fruit and berry aroma and a mild taste with persistent tannins and a long spicy aftertaste.
