Cantina de Pra, Pinot Grigio – dry white wine made from Pinot Grigio grapes, which is grown in the heart of the Treviso region, between the municipalities of Ormelle, Ponte di Piave and Motta di Livenza. The harvest is in the first week of September. At the winery, the grapes are subjected to soft pressing and traditional vinification at controlled temperature in steel tanks. Then the wine is aged on fine lees for 4-5 months. The wine is ideal as an aperitif, as well as in combination with seafood salads, fish dishes, thick fragrant soups.
