Wine Boutinot, “The Last Stand” Chardonnay, 2020

Samantha Bailey, a wine producer from Butino company, uses Chardonnay grapes to create monosortovogo, hypoallergenic, vegan / vegetarian wine “The Last Stand” Chardonnay The grapes are harvested in vineyards located in the north-west of Victoria. The predominant soil type is sandy and loamy with a generous content of rocks. After harvesting the grapes are transported to the winery, where it is sorted, pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, which helps the wine to keep its fresh, fruity character.
