Wine Batzella, “Eccoci” Bolgheri DOC, 2019

Batzella, “Eccoci” Bolgheri DOC – dry red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Cabernet Franc grown in Tuscany. In the process of vinification, a preliminary cold maceration takes place, after which the wort is fermented in steel tanks under thermal control conditions. Two weeks later, the wine is placed in oak barriques for malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging. Part of the wine (70%) is aged in stainless steel vats, and the remaining 30% are placed in French oak barriques. After that, the wine is aged for another 6 months in bottles.

Batzella, “Ekkochi” Bolgheri demonstrates a rich and well-balanced taste with velvety tannins, as well as a multifaceted berry aroma. It is recommended to be served with Italian cuisine.
