Wine “Balance” Classic Pinotage-Shiraz, 2022

The range “Balance” (also called “Balance Classic” or “Balance Best Blends”) represents light, nimble, funny fruit wines, which are so nice to sip after a long, hard day.
“Balance” Pinotage-Shiraz is made from grapes harvested in the Western Cape region in March-April. After cold maceration for two days, traditional fermentation is carried out along with the grape skin. Then, apple-milk fermentation is carried out. 20% of the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 4 months, the rest is ripened in steel tanks.
