Wine “Balance” Classic Chenin Blanc-Colombard, 2023

The range “Balance” (also called “Balance Classic” or “Balance Best Blends”) represents light, nimble, funny fruit wines, which are so nice to sip after a long, hard day.
“Balance” Sauvignon Blanc-Semillon is made from grapes harvested in the Western Cape region in March. After maceration for six hours, the resulting grape juice is fermented for three weeks in stainless steel containers at 12 C. Then the wine is aged for a week on the yeast sediment, it is decanted and bottled.
