Dry red wine “Cultus Boni”, created in the style of the great traditions of the Chianti region, combines the quality and potential of Sangiovese grapes, which is 80% of the wine with the expressiveness Colorino, Chiledzholo and Merlot. The vineyards are grown at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level and have the southern and south-western exposure. Age of vines cultivated on clay-limestone soils, ranging from 10 to 55 years. Fermentation and maceration on the skins lasts from 3 to 5 weeks. Aging wine in barrels made of different sizes and French oak barriques for 24 months.
